Black screen and disconnects (Save me!)

I have yet to find an actual solution. Every couple of minutes I will get a black screen then cogs on the screen. It will either DC me or return to the map. Please help.

My Computer:

Processor 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-13600K (3.50 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable)
GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070 (Update 576.66)

I am having the same issue here is my hardware, please let me know if you hear anything!

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
GPU Driver: 576.80
CPU: Intel i5-14600KF.
RAM: 64GB of DDR5 at 4000MGz
Storage: 10GB free of M.2 storage.

None of my stuff is Overclocked just running factory settings. CPU temp is a little high but not the problem as the crashes occur at any temperature and I don't see a spike in CPU usage. This was not an issue until the most recent update. Though I had an idea that it could be the GPU driver. However, I think I updated the driver BECAUSE of these crashes and they didn't help. Could be low storage space? But usually I'd see warnings from windows if that were the case and 10GB of reserved storage would be a little insane. I haven't done a packet capture to see if there is something going on between the packets sent from my system and the server.
