Blighted maps' loot explosion buggy with regards to gold

Gold dropped at the end of a blight map disappears if you're too far away from the pump when you kill the last monster. This commonly happens when you're chasing down the last stuck monster at the end of their lane.

In other words:
- You're standing on top of the pump when last monster dies: Gold drops properly.
- You're at the edge of the map when last monster dies: No gold drops at the pump.

I suspect this is some botting mitigation measure (don't drop gold if the player is too far away). This doesn't make sense for blighted maps though, and logically the same should apply to items as well as gold anyway.
