reserved Infamous Merc not showing bug

found an infamous merc, replaced the one i had in my HO with it, killed the merc, sped to boss, killed boss, tp to town, merc was not there.
you can kill the merc, then if you shield charge offscreen when they are dead b4 THEY use their teleport they will not use it, and because you use your town portal they will poof.......
