GGG no longer provide technical support.
If you emailed techsupport@grindinggear.com, they will typically forward the email to support@grindinggear.com, then respond to you from that other address. Depending on the client / website you use for emails, it might not have shown you this response from the other address. |

On May 6, I wrote a letter to support@grindinggear.com, and [Removed by Support] responded with a copy of the letter. I provided him with the information in my reply, but three months later, I still haven't received a response or seen any changes. I'm wondering how much longer I should wait or how I can speed up the process.
