Syndicate Encounter: encounter text did not match result

Yet another odd new bug in 3.26 Syndicate. 2nd time I've noticed this one. The first time I thought maybe I'd misread.


Fortification, 2nd encounter of the map (1st encounter has no related members).

Leo 2 star Fortification, Cameria free agent.

Cameria's offer:
"+2 ranks to Cameria. Cameria and Leo become rivals."

Leo's offer: remove Cameria from the Syndicate.

Chose Cameria +2 ranks and rivalry. Here's where the bug occurs: Leo lost all his ranks.

For this to occur, the text should have been:
"+2 ranks to Cameria, Leo loses all ranks. Cameria and Leo become rivals."
