Crescent Splinters Not Dropping (Xbox)

As the title states, since the update yesterday splinters have not been dropping after completing the Maven's Invitation. I have completed it twice since the update, and plenty of loot drops, just not the splinter.

I have tried leaving the Maven's Crucible and going back multiple times and not seen any changes in the loot dropped. I have changed the loot filter to every available option I have (including the default setting), and it is not there. I even tried logging out, shutting the game down completely, reloading, and repeating all of the aforementioned steps with no change to the lack of splinter.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Update: The problem seems to have resolved itself and Splinters have resumed dropping. Thank you.
