Constant crashing including BSODs

Hi,

during the weeks following launch up till now I've already had an astonishing amount of crashes/bsods solely related to Path of Exile.
Albeit very annoying, I was still able to play the game for (extended) periods of time between the crashes up until today.
I was still able to play more or less properly the other evening/night but I am no longer able to do so since a couple of hours. With no changes on my end, soft- or hardware wise, the game won't stay open for longer than a couple of minutes, at most. Sometimes the recently implemented crash prevention will take action and not throw me out immediately, which will then happen a couple of seconds later.
Here are some pictures I managed to take of the ingame graphs during a crash:







The last one occurring right after the crash prevention saved me seconds before. Crashes occur during idling in town/ my hideout and are not related to any mechanic (I wish I could even get into a map).

Now onto the specs and my game settings:

-16GB RAM @3200 MHz
-intel i5-11600k @ 3.90 GHz
-Nvidia RTX 4070 Super 12GB
-windows 10 64-bit
-Running the game via steam









What I have tried so far:

-changed every setting there is and played around with different combinations
-tried different networking modes, even changed the sound channel count (lol)
-made sure my graphics card is performing properly, checked with other games and benchmarking software & msi afterburner
-checked my ram via windows memory diagnostic
-checked system files using sfc /scannow in windows command prompt
-checked my system for any malware that could be causing this, none found
-tested out various older (and obviously the newest) nvidia driver versions that led to a somewhat stable performance before
-tried out various global and game related settings in the nvidia app
-checked for any driver updates for other hardware and any other hardware related issues, none found
-disabled discord overlay
-verified integrity of game files through steam

I think this is all I've done for now during the last couple of hours, not sure I can think of anything else.
One last minor observation I am currently making is that the game seems to not be crashing during the login screen (that's how I was able to get the screenshots of my settings above). I hope I contributed a decent chunk of information that will help resolve the issues the game is currently having so that I, and probably many others can enjoy this banger of a game again not having to live in fear of crashes. :)

You mention blue screens - would you happen to have one of the Stop Codes?

If the game's crashing on your system then that's a concern, but the OS itself crashing is a more significant problem and so any insight into exactly what's happening would help us triage that.
