Memory Tiers and Kirac Missions in the 2nd Boss Race event

So in order to get memory tiers in your map (non-quest) you have to find a tier in a kirac mission. I wonder if GGG will do a third one lmfaoooooo or just give up on doing future race events and just leave it for ziz gauntlets that are actually designed well. How is it possible to mess up the same race twice. First was the absurd server issues (disconnects) so they setup a second race event, and now a literal bug that is locked behind how many kirac missions you have the patience to farm for or just get lucky and win the race first try only needing 3 kirac missions lol
