Cowards Chain (Count as being on Full life bug)

noticed a problem where i'm not sure if that's intented, bugged or maybe bcs im stooopid:

"Full Life is a condition that applies when the character's current life is at 100%. Full Life works when under the influence of Chaos Inoculation."

AFAIK this line on Cowards Chains SHOULD work even if I'm reserving some life and can't ever reach 100% life due to an amount X being reserved, but as you can see in the pics included ( if i manage to figure out how to upload those screenshots ^^) the spell dmg suppression chance dosn't increase, unless i dont reserve life AND have actually full life.

I was trying to use some "while on full life" mechanics when i realised that this tec does not work with my setup, not sure if thats a general problem, or if i cant actually be on "low life" (using petrified blood) and counting as being on full life at the same time.


So that made me wonder if the dmg of monsters hitting you is unlucky while on full life mod on cowards chains even works?

1st pic --> pic is to provide bug-report-number,
2nd pic --> no life reserved, actually being at full life
3rd pic --> cowards chains unequipped, life reserved
4th pic --> life reserved, CC equipped (+ hovering over Revenge of the hunted mod)
5th pic --> nor life reserved, CC still equipped (cursed with vulnerabillity) AND not on full life, but dont get the 10% Spell suppression wile on full life

Litte addition, also not sure if intented, or a bug:

using Golden Rule + Tainted Pact (self poison and being healed by chaos dmg while leeching life.)

Basically instantly Nuke myself when i use a life flask that gets me back up to 100% life.
Even when i use a flask with "immune to poison for X seconds while being poisoned" i can see the poison debuffs being removed, next the life goes to full and then all my life gets drained as if i still had the poison stacks.

I get that once i reach full life the fact that i'm not having overleech i'll not benefit from being healed by chaos dmg over time while leeching anymore, but i cant see any poison stacks and i SHOULD be immune to poison for X seconds if life flask is used while being poisoned... so that part is also a bit confusing ^^
