For single target completely irrelevant and if its for clear - 20 percent more after first pierced enemy is also irrelevant.

This sounds incredibly niche for a generic gem quality.
20% more literally doesnt matter in a non single target scenario. POE2 should be the ruthless vision experience and POE1 should be the zoom power fantasy sandbox to capture both audiences.

" What are you talking about? 20% MORE damage is always relevant. And when you're juicing up T16, T16,5 or T17 maps, mobs/rares can have more life than lots of "single target bosses". Anyhow, you can probably make it count in single target scenarios too. Hydrosphere may work. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.

The 20% more that is conditional on mobs standing correctly in the projectiles path and both of them living long enough to matter is not going to be the thing that will make you go from being unable to do t17 to being able to.
It is irrelevant. It is super niche. It is incredibly bad base gem quality parameter. Petition to replace with something useful.
