Game not starting

When I try to start the game, I see a PathOfExile.exe in task manager but don't see the game window itself. I've tried restarting my computer, reinstalling, switching to the standalone client, and deleting my config and cache directories, but still the same issue. What else can I try? I'm on windows.

I restarted my computer one more time and now the client launched and is installing!
