Bismuth deposit Tornados are considered to be "Monsters"

Maps with the "Monsters steal Power, Frenzy and Endurance Charges on Hit" mod cause the tornados generated by Bismuth deposit to remove all power/endurance/frenzy charges from a character. This is counter-intuitive as these tornados are not generated by monsters' attacks/spells.

This bug manifests once the ore has been clicked to collect it.
