Events info in character selection (Boss Kill + Gauntlet)

Hi,

Quite a few players who participated in the Boss Kill event initially thought they were playing in Zizaran's Gauntlet. In global chat I saw some players progress to level 41 before realizing there were no alternate ascendencies and it isn't Gauntlet.

In my opinion people have other life responsibilities or activities they do, and they don't read anything related to PoE news. Also, humans prefer to ask other humans a question instead of reading a sign / book / legal document / etc that answers their question; off-topic but Pohx's RF wiki is a great example. This trait is not unique to gamers but occurs in all fields that have customer service to help the general public.

In the Character Selection screen, currently the "Please check the Event Forums for more details." is far left of the JOIN button for the event. The message also does not provide details as it tells the player to visit the Event Forums, which some players don't do or don't see this.

So, here is my suggestion: any messages in this far left position of the screen should be relocated next to the JOIN button, and provides an opportunity to view details of the event.

What I should do is turn off global chat. I'm open to suggestions on where I can hang out instead of in game chat, I like music + sports.
