Microtransaction shop crash to desktop M4 mac mini

When I click on the microtransaction shop in-game, I experience a crash to desktop. I'm using latest stable Sequoia on M4 Mac mini, version 15.5 iirc. The game is native on Steam client. I have tried twice, same results. Both times I was on Washington DC server.

I tested this on Crossover Steam client and it works. Still no go on native Mac client.
