Sulphite from map not collecting

I have run 11 Sulphite Scarabs. My sulphite cap is currently 9000. I am stuck at 3841/9000. When clicking sulphite in map Niko comes out but the bar showing how much sulphite you have does not and nothing is added to sulphite amount. Running
t16 Jungle Valley with both 8% quant and blight on map device and searing exarch influence. I have 1 Delve Mission chance and Packed with energy on atlas tree allocated. I did try with packed with energy turned off and I still did not receive sulphite Last bumped on Jul 27, 2025, 5:53:19 PM

Added: I am completing the mission and the counter for Niko Missions completed for League Challenge "Familiar Friends" is increasing. I am currently at 22/30.

 I did one map shows that challenge count increased but sulphite did not. |

That's it. Thanks, I didn't know that existed I just got atlas off of Maxroll. I wasn't sure how I was getting so much ore either.
