Energy shield not recover with new shield bug?

Hello guys i just bought a mirrored shield and switch it with Atziris reflection

the problem is when i equip the mirrored shield my es is down to half when i relog or go to a map and i cannot leech es to full it will stay at that % what is that??

When i switch back to atziris reflection its going up to full
