Progenisis Not working with Mageblood

I have a Mageblood with all 4 flasks and when equiping a progenisis flask it is not effected.

Well, yes.
Unique items are not Magic items, so... Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.

Lol pretty sure it worked last league, I don't recall seeing that changed

Mageblood has never permanently sustained Progenesis or any unique or normal flask. I've used Progenesis for several leagues with Mageblood and you either need active or passive flask generation to continue uptime.
If you're still sure, read the lines on Mageblood again. Leftmost # MAGIC utility flasks. |

My guess is you bought a Progenesis with another auto-use enchant already on it in previous league.....and simply didn't notice.
