HC SSF Mercs Based Private League

Why is there no HC SSF Mercs private league base? There is standard HC SSF, or HC SSF Ruthless Mercs, but no HC SSF Mercs. I want to play HC SSF Mercs with mods for the simple reason that I want my stash tab organization from HC SSF to pop over, and eventually have all my loot back in that private league.
