KINGSMARCH BUG?

Im not able to make any progress in kingsmarch, im unable to send shipments, mine, disenchant. Rog, Tugen, and Danning wont offer the dialouge i need to do all their things. The state of kingsmarch has everything as “optional” ive hired a bunch of workers but i cant progress any further. Help?

No i got plenty of gold. I have people assigned to jobs. But the only thing working right now is just farming and smelting. I have people assigned to maps, ships, disenchant, but none of it works

The game is telling me to send a shipment, talk to rog about disenchanting, but they dont have the options to do let me do it despite having multiple lvl 5 people assgined to the roles
