Cannot open maps from Eagon

Hi there, I've been experiencing a bug(?) with Eagon for a while now. Everytime I try to open one of his maps (the ones that lead to the new bosses), the game tells me 'The operation could not be completed'.
My current memory path thingy has been sitting on my Atlas for at least 3 weeks now.
In short: no new bosses for me.

Same issue here. Can't progress on quest line.
