Remnants of the Past passive Atlas Notable not working properly

Hi, I've been having a problem with the Remnants of the Past atlas passive notable, it is supposed to give a 3% chance of making map bosses in T14 maps drop and elder or shaper influenced map when they die, but ever since I allocated the node in my passive atlas skill tree in mercenary league, I haven't got a single shaper or elder influenced map, instead I've been getting several synthesis maps after killing T14+ map bosses, even though I don't have the Vivid Memories atlas passive node allocated, which is the node that grants a chance for T14+ map bosses to drop synthesis map when they die. Can someone look into this?
