Couch co-op: P2 can't bind skills (part of skills bar binding is unaccessible)

Hello,

I was playing on my living room TV (up to 4k resolution, but set the game to 1080p, I have a long HDMI cable going from my PC to the TV).

When my Player 2 was trying to assign skills the screen appeared like this:



The B, RB, DownArrow, RT buttons were not reachable out of the screen, meaning that if I tried to move to were I would expect them, the "selection box" would not move there.
(Example: I want to assign a new skill to B. My selection box is on Y and move the analog to the right to highlight B, that should be off-screen, and it doesn't move at all from Y).

Note:
Changing the resolution didn't change anything.
Changing the "bounding boxes" of the UI (the corners on the screen of the UI), didn't change anything.

Workaround:
If P2 open the quest screen from their selection wheel, then the game goes fullscreen for P2, going to the gem screen and trying to bind them will show the UI at the center of the screen, working around the issue.

Intel i7-8700k 3.70GHz
32GB DDR4 Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
