There will likely be a queue for this sort of issue FYI.
Typically the process is to email them detailing the problem, they will ask some security questions to start (usually fairly quick) but you are then put into a queue that deals with sensitive account related stuff. (unfortunately this sort of ticket takes time and there are a lot of people in the queue with similar requests) You will need to have a new email address ready. Ancestral Bond.
