What's taking so long on the cosmetics we bought?

Nothing grinds my gears more than logging on and seeing 90% of the hundreds of dollars I've given not available to use, I do understand that it takes time yada yada but come on already it's getting ridiculous especially when when certain packs or certain sets have some parts available and then the other parts are not available at all is pretty ridiculous also.
