I purchased the key only to play for ten minutes when it was inexplicably revoked. I applied for a refund of the order via support@grindinggear.com, but I received no positive response. Currently, I cannot log in to the game, yet they tell me to send a verification code. I provided my email and transaction ID, but they still ask me to provide the associated email and transaction ID! It seems like an AI is responding. In most cases, they don't reply at all, and when I encounter an account bug, it's completely unsolvable .
I can't start this process by logging into the game and typing /verify in the chat console to generate a code. Last bumped on Aug 4, 2025, 5:48:36 PM
