Loot drops but can't see it. Fix this problem please

using loot filter by any chance?
If yes hold L to see items hidden by loot filter |

yes but it's hiding everything. Even if i don't use loot filter loot disappears

I had this issue for a moment and I was very confused because I had no filters at the time. In my case I had turned off labels without knowing. LT + Right D-Pad
