keys
I bought a game key and for three months I was able to play. When I went to play again, it said I didn't have access to the game.

Where did you buy the key?
Which client did you play on in the past, and which client are you attempting to use now? |

I played on Steam and bought the key through Eneba

Path of Exile II Early Access keys are available legitimately from this website, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
Eneba is an online marketplace where you buy things from whomever, without knowing how they obtained whatever they're selling you. Very often, this means they used fraudulently obtained payment credentials to buy game keys, which they then quickly sell at below the MSRP to get a sale before the owner of the compromised credit card (or whatever payment method) realises what has happened and begins initiating chargebacks. Once GGG 1) loses all of the money they got from the sale, 2) gets slapped with a chargeback fee, and, 3) even gets charged for portions of the sale they never initially received (e.g. payment processing fees), they disable the key associated with that transaction. tl;dr: Nobody is going to buy a key then turn around and sell it for less than they paid for it just to do you a favour. Reach out to Eneba's support team if you are dissatisfied with your purchase there. |
