257 days still no one time mtx transfer why?

Seriously did support just give up doing these free one time MTX transfers or what? Please stop using the high ticket volume excuse not buying it anymore too many people have the same issue and NONE of us has got it done since November of 2024. GGG announced it on November 12th 2024 and I honestly believe support has done ZERO of these transfers. Could support please release a statement on why support isn't doing these at all? Is it to much effort with no gain for doing it? Is is another issue like not enough senior support staff to do it? Is it just not a priority?
I know I'm just wasting my time asking. (Never sent a reply since telling support to go ahead with the transfer on November 21st 2024) Last bumped on Aug 6, 2025, 7:01:05 PM

Well that's kinda funny you replied with a senior staff member will contact me i got a screenshot of it to the always generic reply of contacting support what happened to me being contacted? Was that just a error response ?
