Original bug, and similar situation.
Plus game does not know how to place its window top of taskbar that is on left side of screen on start. Have to on every start of game switch to windowed and back to full screen windowed to get true full screen view. If skip this step, whole game window is off set right by the width of taskbar, leaving some part of actual game screen out of display from right side of games window.

Result of this high resolution ASCII rendere depends on your browser, OS and position of planetary objects in solarsystem

Display 2 is intended to contain games full screen window, but after boot game appears on green area, and rest of games screen is placed under visible space of monitors. Im quite sure that there are some values of displays that can be read from them and make educated guess, if this screen is what im used to be. Even operating system gives totally different enumeration ID for displays to go around. If player have different resolution displays, its pretty certain that if previous time resolution was certain, player is most likely to want game to appear on that very same screen in next time, regardless what ID operating system gives it.
Its just lazy to give up if some bits wont match with settings display enumeration and run to default monitor. This operation could be checked against anytime OS switches displays on and off in system. This will then place game windows always on more correct location, if display with originating resolution is available. If you feel advanced, you could try to place previous size of game window in any available screen space that OS reports available, and slap game window on most up and left position where it can be completely visible.
It wont fix people with multiple identical resolution displays in their system, but its still step forward for rest of us using old monitors as secondary displays.
Using fullscreen would propably fix this issue, but game holds cursor captive in game display, and wont let it go out to other monitor. That will ruin benefits of using browser fluidly with game.

P.S. If you didnt notice, main display area is marked with number 1, x as non-visible area of games window/display area
