Got new PC and my fps in PoE is now 85?

so i went from 3070 to 9070 XT i more than doubled my fps in all games but ofc i didnt expect in PoE also double my fps this game is more CPU intense anyway i have 7 5700X3D aswell i played with 3070 PoE i had like 150-200 fps in hideout alone but now with the gpu my fps for some reason my fps is now between 80-90 when i click F1 i see that fps but when i use metric overlay from AMD it shows me the double fps like if i have 190 then on F1 button ingame it will show me 95fps im dumbfounded

if you haven't already done so, you need to play around with the engine. Different engines work better/worse with different cards.

If you were on Vulkan on the old card, it may not work as well with the new one.

Especially going from Nvidia to AMD

Could you post your in-game graphics settings?

In your production_Config.ini file it'll be everything in the [DISPLAY] section.

Is your monitor plugged into the video card (good) or your motherboard (bad) ?

Did you specifically uninstall Nvidia's driver package before installing AMD's driver?

i installed fresh windows after getting this new GPU as i said my pc works great for any other game im seeing more than double in fps while in PoE my fps actually got much worse i tried changing directx12/vulkan no difference i even tried to change all low settings or all ultra no change in fps its still around 80-90 all the time this puzzles me very hard

my game is unplayable on better setup i am dead end i have no idea what i can try
