PoE Freezing from time to time

Hey! I have a very good PC, and my ping/internet is perfect, I even use Exitlag, but from time to time my POE just freeze and I get 2~3 second in client nonresponding until it gets back to normal. This occurs more or less 1~3 times per hour.

This wasnt happening before, I didnt change anything in my PC/softwares.
