Constant mini spikes (Setup+WinMTR test)

Like the title says, I've been getting constant spikes from 50-60 ping to anywhere between 250-500 ping. Today it is completely unplayable now.

My setup;
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
Gigabyte B650M
Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 Super

I stream on twitch and make content on youtube as well, so if you could help me about this or direct me to the solution, it would be much appreciated.

We're seeing a ping to the router in your home as high as 244 ms - which is more than a little unreasonable, given the absolutely tiny distance involved - and everything after your router is reporting packet loss. Overall, I'm not thrilled with what I'm seeing at the start of the log.

Try a power cycle.

Just so I can try to better understand what should be expected of the connection between your desktop and the router, can I ask what type of connection your PC uses?

e.g. an Ethernet cable; WiFi; a powerline adapter kit

Yeah, I tried the power cycle after a few hours of posting this. My ping used to sit at between 50-60 now it's stable at 44, and mini spikes are gone. Apparently a power cycle was all I needed.

Still, thanks a lot for taking your time out of your day and replying, I appreciate it nonetheless! <3
