Game Freezes, Loading Screen Then Minimap Resets

Hello, This problem seems to be getting more and more common, seems to happen almost every map now.

im running windows 11 24H2 OS build 26100.4770

my CPU is
AMD Ryzen 9 9950X3D
ASRock X870E Taichi (AM5)
4070TI ASUS Tuff
GSKILL DDR5 64 gb (2 sticks )
game is on a samsung 990 m.2


im showing AMD Radeon graphics also, im assuming this is onboard for the 9950X3D
all of my devices are plugged into the 4070TI no into the motherboard.

its getting rather annoying and unplayable, i have fully updated my bios to the latest version on taichi site, i have updated chipset drivers, i have updated graphics card driver and bios. latest bios offered by asus, latested nvidia driver.

If it is getting worse over time and you're using the latest driver, try rolling back to an older one.

i have tried the last 10 driver versions, all of them do the same thing.

this is the driver version recommend by ASUS on their website
NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready Drivers V576.28 For Windows 10/11 64-bit. (DCH)

this is the latest version on NVIDIA website, i have tried every driver version release between them.
