Memory Usage Insanely High (131037.4 GB)

Been having this issue since mid secret of the atlas league.

I boot up any other game and it's perfectly fine, boot up POE1 and my memory is crazy high!

I've updated drivers, checked file integrity, uninstalled/reinstalled app.
Played around by randomly changing graphics settings - all to no avail.

Not sure what else to do, anyone else experiencing this issue?
