Ruined Square crash

Help please. I’m playing on PS5 and every time I enter the ruined square in act 5 the game is completely frozen. I reinstalled game and rebuilt the database but still same exact issue. I cannot progress in the campaign without being able to fight Kitava. Please help with a solution. Do not have this issue on Xbox
