Cant make payment for MTX

Need some proper tech support from GGG side. For some reason i cant make payment for MTX pack. Every time i try to buy it i get error "payment was declined try a different card or contact your bank ... Eror code 1058". As i contacted my bank it said it is due incorrect CVV/CVC code, but that is not the case as i can make any other payments, on steam or other platforms. Any clarification as what is going on will be welcome.

That’s an Xsolla error code.
GGG aren’t likely to have any staff who are particularly well-informed on those. If you’ve don’t have an alternative payment method you could use, you’re probably best off contacting Xsolla.  I wouldn’t rush to dismiss my bank telling me that an incorrect CVV was provided - if they looked up the attempted transaction and saw that in the log, well, that’s going to have been what happened… |
