Legion commander set STILL not available and i bought it...

this set has been taken down for awhile now, i bought it for poe 2. since it was available for poe 2. so why is it still taken down? can i get a refund instead then.. if you intend to sell something and disable it due to technical limitations it should be fixed asap, not wait months and months and half a year?? either give me a refund or fix it
