Account issue - I can't see my PoE2 character.

Hi, I purchased early access to POE2 for $30 and have been playing for a few hours, but when I log into my account, I get the message: Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Ask a friend who has a spare key or buy one now. In addition, I was supposed to receive 300 points. Please help.
