Congratulations to me I guess, I finally got a response to my support request from the 27th December 2024. Shame it solved nothing.
Long story short, none of the microtransactions I purchased from the original transferred over. Anyway the email basically says I can't merge my console account with my PC account. I've never had a console account and I never once stated in my email that I had a console account. At this point I wish you just hadn't bothered responding in the first place rather than responding with some generic, "so we've taken you're money, you're not getting it back".
