Can not convert exsiting to Merchant's Tab (Steam)

Hello,
I can not see option to convert exsiting tabs to Merchant's Tab on website. All I see is "OVERVIEW" with my characters but I can not see "MANAGE ACCOUNT" --> "MERCHANT'S TAB UPGRADE" like in the latest video. POE 1 is NOT sync with Steam but I have tabs from POE 1 in POE 2. 1. Is that bug? What to do? 2. When will I be able to upgrade it? Just need to wait yet? If you would like to convert a Premium Stash Tab to the new Trade Stash Tab, you should be able to do so here:
