Volkuur's Guidance rework

I think the trio of elemental poison gloves should be reworked/changed/buffed to be legitimately build enabling instead of maybe kinda enabling it but with downsides.

1st option: make it more of a chase option by combining it and saying "Your elemental skills can now poison" while keeping the stats the same

2nd option: keep the skill specific tags but increase the poison chance to 50% and remove the reduced poison duration since while being able to poison from new skills is good, it literally cuts your poison dps in half since duration cant be scaled outside of specific skill gems like viper strike and i think pestilent strike

though i think in general the poison chance be upped and the duration removed should happen regardless since imho without jewels or specifics cluster jewels or items, capping poison chance can be a little annoying. i personally would also be ok with removing the flat damage on the gloves to facilitate making the gloves actually worth using and build enabling.

hope a dev sees this and gives feedback since those gloves i love dearly as an idea but arent really good otherwise without already abusing some broken skill gem or interaction or i think that cwdt poison fire build or w/e
