Item Pickup on the floor QOL

It would be huge QOL if when you click an item on the floor and your inventory is open, it still puts the item in your inventory instead of putting it on your hand. I dont see a single case where you want the item to go on your hand instead of in your inventory. Maybe you can make it go to your hand if your inventory is full, or maybe just make it drop on the floor like it is right now.
