Please allow converting Quad Tabs to Merchant Tabs

Love the whole asynchronous trade system idea and I'm super happy it's getting implemented into PoE 1 later (hopefully next league). I've been accumulating Quad Tabs over the years for mostly the purpose of trade and would love to have the option to convert those into Merchant Tabs. Could either be into a Merchant Quad Tab, into 4 Merchant Tabs or even let me convert the quad tab first into 4 premium tabs that I can then convert to the Merchant Tabs.
