Bandits Respec Cost

Now that Bandits Respec is only 1 point/lesser stats, I think the cost should go down to 10 regrets for a Book of Reform.

This is already in PoE, logistically. For example, refunding Cluster Jewel points cost one regret per allocated jewel socket. (If people weren't aware, a large is only one Regret to refund if you hadn't allocated the other socket yet. Fully allocated large wheel = two Regrets.)

I think the lesser impact of Bandits should cost less to change. Thank you for considering my post.

Sounds like a fair enough suggestion to me. Less powerful reward, less cost to respec it.
