Request for Help: Accidentally Purchased Guild Currency Stash Instead of Personal Currency Stash
I encountered an issue when purchasing a Personal Currency Stash for Path of Exile 2—I mistakenly bought a Guild Currency Stash instead. Before this purchase, I didn’t even know that Path of Exile 2 had a "Guild" system, so I directly redeemed the guild currency (for the stash) without realizing the difference.
As a new player, I usually play with help from my friend. Today, when stash tabs were on sale, I wanted to buy one, but my friend was busy and unavailable, so I tried to make the purchase on my own. To clarify again: I truly had no prior knowledge of the "Guild" concept in Path of Exile 2 before this incident. Additionally, on the sale page, the Guild Stash was listed above the Personal Stash. When I saw it was labeled a "Currency Stash," I followed the steps to complete the purchase. It wasn’t until my friend came back later that we realized I had bought the wrong type. I’d like to ask two things: Does this sorting order and page layout feel unfriendly to new players who are unfamiliar with game terms like "Guild"? Is there any way to fix this mistake? Even if no price difference adjustment is needed, I would be perfectly happy to simply convert the Guild Stash to a Personal Stash—since the Guild Stash is quite inconvenient for me to use as a solo new player. If there’s a solution to this issue, I would be extremely grateful. This new player (who can even mix up stash types!) is ready to become a loyal fan of yours. In fact, I’m willing to purchase an extra DLC to support such a user-friendly development team. Thank you! Last bumped on Aug 22, 2025, 1:57:17 PM
