Add finisher effect randomizer (+selector)

Pretty much title. Please allow a finisher effect randomizer, as well as the ability to choose which finishers you would like to have in that randomized pool

Huge, huge win for all parties. Incentivizes the purchases of more finishers if more can be used simultaneously, and the player wins because they get to see a more diverse pool of finisher effects while playing.
