Launching Issues

Hello there,
I am writing to you today because I am having issues launching PoE2, and have done some trouble shooting with no success. Upon launch of the game, the screen turns black and the cursor changes to the in game cursor. After approximately 3 seconds, the game crashes and shows it as stopping on Steam. I went through the local files and the configuration files. For whatever reason the production configuration is empty each time it is created. I have deleted the file entirely from the My Games section of documents, as suggested online, and still get an empty production configuration file. I had seen that there is a regular launching issue with DX12/DX11/Vulcan, but cannot make any changes to the empty production configuration wording. I have also gone to the local files and launched the x86 with "Run as administrator", this resulted in the same crash. I have also gone to the properties in Steam and changed the launch manually to DX12/DX11/Vulcan without any changes as wekk. I think it is the way the production configuration file is being created in My Game files. But after 2 full reinstalls, I can't seem to bypass the issue. Any solutions or ways to correct this? Huge fan of the game, I own it on console and wanted to play it more in depth on my PC. Looking forward to getting into it. " List your PC specs An upload of your most recent client.txt file would be ideal as a primary step in troubleshooting this problem. This file contains some information about your game/PC configuration which may help put us in the right direction why you're having issues. You can locate this file inside a folder named "Logs" which is located inside your main pathofexile.exe installation folder. You can host this information inside this client.txt file (recent one) to another site like pastebin.com. You do not need to create an account to use this site. If the most recent client.txt file is too large you can split the main upload into 2 separate files to pastebin.com and link each page URL back here if necessary. "Based on the info inside the client.txt file, I'm pretty sure in your case Windows is not set to prefer your Nvidia GPU for poe. Make sure Windows graphics is set to use the right GPU for the game .exe file Check here Settings > System > Display > Graphics Add the game .exe file C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Path of Exile 2\PathOfExileSteam.exe Once added hit Options Select High performance Let me know if this fixes your issue.
