Laggs with both renderer after entering map (new area)

i have big laggs and freezes in poe 2, for round about 5-10 sec when i enter a map. I just can sometimes see the life bars of the Monsters the appear like 15 sac later. its the same issue with both renderer. you have any idea what this can be or how i can fix it? would be nice if i get this fixed until new league start. i got a RTX2070 Super Grafic Card and a Ryzen 7 Processor.

" I only have 3 things to recommend here and hoping they will help, 1 other adjustment to check, and 1 potential issue that's been an issue many times. I'm not sure these are the fixes but they will not hurt. Exit the game before you do these steps. And reboot your PC after you're done. Hopefully something here helps.
Nvidia Shader Cache
Set your Shader Cache Size
Delete PoE2 Shaders
Open this folder and delete everything inside
(Doing this will cause your initial loading to be slightly slower the first time as the game will need to rebuild all new shaders) C:\Users\lwess\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile 2\ShaderCacheD3D12
Nvidia PhysX Processor
Open Nvidia Control Panel and set your PhysX Processor to your GPU (do not use Auto-select) 
Set Windows Graphics
Make sure Windows graphics is set to use the right GPU for the game .exe file Check here Settings > System > Display > Graphics Add the game .exe file E:/SteamLibrary/steamapps/common/Path of Exile 2/PathOfExileSteam.exe Once added hit Options Select High performance
OneDrive
The last thing to mention is OneDrive.
I noticed in your file your Documents folder is located within a OneDrive folder. Syncing PoE1 & PoE2 folders have been problematic many times in the past and it's generally recommended to disable syncing this folder and to restore it back to the original Documents location. This is where your current Settings folder is located: C:\Users\lwess\OneDrive\Dokumente\My Games\Path of Exile 2\ |

Any way you could record and upload a sample of this happening to YT or another site with your Performance Metrics enabled like the spoiler below?
If you cannot record a sample clip with Xbox Game Bar (Win & G) or another app, then a few clips of your Performance Metrics hosted at a site like https://imgur.com would maybe help.
