Can't progress story after finishing act 3 cruel - PoE 2

After finishing the story in Act 3 Cruel, I got ported to the inner temple by Doryani.

However, by mistake, I opened my map and pressed Go to hideout, when someone whispered for a trade. This resulted in me being locked out from using the endgame map system, as the game keeps saying I have to complete the campaign to progress (which is completed).

You need to do your first map from The Ziggurat Refuge. After that you can use the Map Device in your hideout.
