Character Stuck within the Trial of Chaos

Character is currently stuck within the Trail of Chaos following the Uxmal fight. Passage to progress will not open. Unable to portal out, nor back track (elevator is no longer active after the escort room). Prior to the fight, I blinked down the walkway over to the Uxmal too quickly it appears, and Trailmaster had not yet spawned. Now stuck within the instance. Uxmal died before Trialmaster spawned, get no dialog from Trailmaster after he spawned. Logging out did not work.
